At PCOS Nourished, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing any transaction on our website pcosnourished.com.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, meal plans, guides, downloadable resources), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a digital product you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.

3. Physical Products

For physical products purchased through our shop, we accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Community Memberships

If your community membership is paid, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, membership fees are non-refundable. Cancellations after the refund window will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current period.

6. Donations

All donations made to PCOS Nourished are voluntary and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 48 hours and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
